Short version: use my music for free, credit me, and don't resell the track on its own. Make something cool with it.

You're free to use it

Every song from Relentless Old Music — all seven artists — is free to use in your own creative work: videos, shorts, films, games, apps, podcasts, livestreams, whatever you're building. Personal or commercial. No fee, no sign-up, no waiting on me.

Just three rules

1. Give credit. Somewhere people can see it — a video description, end credits, your about page:
   Music by [Artist] — Relentless Old Music · relentlessoldmusic.com
   Swap [Artist] for whoever made the track (it's on the song).
2. Make it part of something. The music has to be combined with your own creative work — don't just re-post the song by itself.
3. Don't sell the music on its own. Sell the thing you made with it all you like — your film, your game, your video. But you can't sell or hand out the bare track: no music, stock, or sample libraries, no beat packs, ringtones, or NFTs — and don't upload it to a distributor, streaming service, or Content ID system as your own.

Use it at your own risk

The music is provided as-is. I share it in good faith and, to the best of my knowledge, I have every right to — but these tracks are made with AI tools, the law around AI-generated audio is still settling, and I'm one person, not a law firm. So I can't guarantee it's free of every possible third-party claim, and you use it at your own risk. You agree that I'm not liable for any loss, claim, or damage arising from your use of the music, and that you won't hold me responsible for how you choose to use it. If that's not a risk you're comfortable with, please don't use it.
